I Love you to the Moon & Back - The celestial themed wedding fayre

We held our astronomical themed wedding fayre on November 13th, what a fantastic day! Thanks to all who came to see us and also a big thanks to the amazing wedding suppliers who showcased their fantastic talents. As guests arrived they were serenaded by the Bridgerton style string quartet, our fabulous caterers Ridgways served canapés and dished out delicious BBQ food from our woodland Argentinian grill.

As always, we had amazing prizes to give away on the day. To introduce our new prosecco picnic hamper (the latest addition to the drinks packages), we placed two golden tickets in the goodie bags for two lucky winners to take away with them on the day. Congrats to the fabulous couples who won!

Our Log Barn ceremony room had a show stopping make over by Enchanted Venue Dressing, complete with mini trees down the isle and moon & star lanterns and candles dotted all over. Dave Dee supplied the iconic light up LOVE letters which finished the room beautifully. The lovely Karen Daniels played atmospheric music on her wedding white piano throughout the day, taking requests from couples who wanted to hear their special wedding songs played live! The room looked and sounded idyllic for your big day.

It was lovely to see many couples who are booked in for future weddings here at The Oaks, it was a great day to gather inspiration on your magical barn wedding and meet are recommneded suppliers. We met loads of new couples too, many of which are now booked for weddings up to 2025. We are thrilled you’ve chosen The Oaks and can’t wait to make everyones big day a fabulous memorable experience.
